Logitech MX1000 issues with fire fox

Just got a new MX 1000 and the side buttons to make the web pages go forward and back are not working with fire fox but they work in IE .... any help would be appreciated

Ha! I was fooling with the same thing today. Here's an easy one: Uninstall the Logitech drivers. Done. I'm assuming you're using WinXP. Winbloat has all the info needed to work the mouse (mostly).

Best advice to be honest, logitechs software is notoriously crap IMO.

You need to adjust the configuration of the 'back' and 'forward' buttons in the setpoint control panel. Select 'generic button' for both of them.
