Logitech MX Duo Problems ..

It seems that for some reason, my duo always wants to scroll down. I've noticed this stops when I set the wheel on the left of the keyboard to scroll "None" lines in the configuration, but then, at the same time, this also disables my mousewheel which I depend on. 🙂 This is making me nuts, when I browse the web, pages will automatically scroll to the bottom as if I've been using mousewheel down nonstop, if I play any first person shooters I'll cycle through all my weapons ... this is making me INSANE. I've tried pulling out the batteries, waiting a few minutes, and reconnecting. Is there anything else I can do? Could it have any relation to the large amount of wireless signals in my apartment? My roomie has an MX 700, we have a Wireless router, and I'd say I see anywhere from 7 to 11 OTHER Wireless routers broadcasting through my apartment.... any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if this would solve your problem, but it's worth a shot.

Try enabling that "secure" connection feature in the Logitech iTouch config panel. It could work in helping rid yourself of crossed signals if that's the problem..

Also you might wanna make sure that the mouse and keyboard aren't on the same channel. I know it sounds stupid, but I've had to make my mouse and keyboard reconnect multiple times before it straightens itself out..

I also remember reading something about how the mouse works better on channel 1 than channel 2. I'm not sure on that one, but it's late, and I figure you'd take whatever advice you can get. Hope that helps.

I don't know what the problem may be. Perhaps it is a physicl problem with the scroll wheel on the keyboard? Before junking it, contact Logitech and see if they will replace it under warranty. Worth a shot.
