I've got a Logitech Mouseman Wheel Optical USB under Windows 2000.
When playing Unreal Tournament, if I click and release the right button, the left button releases. Weapons that require me to hold down the left button become impossible to use while jumping. This is more than a little disruptive to my playing style, and is grounds enough for me to return this product if there is no workaround for the problem. I tried with and without checking the "DirectInput" option.

Not for me. I have the second generation version, bought it played UT, CS, Q3, etc. No probs, maybe you have to install the drivers off the website? Or get the second generation version.

It says "second generation optical sensor" on the box, it's the four-button version, and I have the latest MouseWare installed.
