Ok I have the latest Logitech drivers 9.60 I believe, and I still couldnt get the wheel to work in Win2K Pro. I first installed an older version of the drivers which was version 9.0 that had Win2K support, but I couldnt get wheel to work, so I decided to download the latest one but I still cant get the wheel to work. The drivers recognize the mouse as the Logitech Wheel Optical which is correct, and has options to do whatever I want with the wheel, so I left it at default to be a "Web Wheel." Anyone know something about this? I dont mind buying a Microsoft Wheel Optical to make it work with their own product

but I want to know this problem first :) TIA

*EDIT* Oh I did test this on my Win98 system and the wheel works. So the mouse is good.

LogiTech's 'Web Wheel' sucks IMO. It's basicly brings up a circle broken in to pies, with 'Reload', 'Back', 'Forward', 'Home', all like on IE bar.

Remember the wheel on the mouse can be pressed down, that will show you what 'Web Wheel' is. Mine is to close applications and widows.

I would say go into your control panel and look to see if the scroller is disabled in there, or check TweakUI if you have installed.

I adjusted it to Universal Scroll and Auto Scroll, both didnt work. When I scroll the wheel up and down the web page or any other window will not scroll, but when I press it down it works. Help!
