So I have a Logitech mouse and the Logitech Gaming Software installed on my computer. About half of the time when my computer comes out of hibernate (or boots up in general), my mouse speed changes, slowing down significantly. When I open up the software and click on the tab for scroll speed, the mouse speeds back up to the correct setting.
Clearly, some other software on my computer is overriding the Logitech software, but I can't find out what it is. I am currently running Windows 10 on my computer. Not sure what other info might help, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
