Must live in the US and be 18 or over. There's absolutely no obligation to you, and you can choose to opt-out of their mailings if you want when you sign up for the drawing after completing the half-dozen question survey.
I searched for this but didn't find anything ... Unfortunately, you don't get anything right-away (like a $5 coupon to Logitech Store or something, that'd be cool), but hey, it's a shot at an almost-free vacation!
