Logitech Keyboard acting up

I have the duo with the MX700 mouse and the equivalent wireless keyboard. While writing this, my arrow keys just stopped working...aka I cant move my text cursor back and forward. Also, right now I cant type apostrophes because they bring up the firefox search toolbar. I am not making this up. It is quickly fixed by reconnecting with the base station....anyone know what could cause this?

You probably hit a function key.

I there is a keyboard reset feature somewhere in Windows Control Panel. I had the same problem before on a laptop. Forgot where tho sorry.
