I have my MX1000 mouse for about a year and a half now, it's been great, but lately it started acting wierd. It would stop while I was moving it, it wouldn't go where I wanted it to go. I tried everything listed on their site, but nothing helped. I reinstalled the software, it was always plugged into PS/2, etc. I called them, they asked me for the numbers on the bottom of the mouse, put me on hold for a couple of minutes and told me they are sending me out a new one, and there's no need for me to send them back the old one.
They rock.
