Good Day Everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone has tried one of these? Are the feelings cool, or annoying?
Any input would be great...I personally kinda like the idea.

Here a list of its features:
- Add the sense of 'feel' to Windows
- 'Feel' Icons and Links
- Optical mouse for greater accuracy
- Wheel for quick navigation

And a link...

I've seen one of these reviewed on a computer show on TV. They gave it high marks because it uses one of two "tried and true" Logitech mouse designs (either the Mouseman or the 2-button design) and you can easily configure the "feel" of the mouse (the force feedback effects) or turn them off altogether. The only downside to the iFeel mouse is that there aren't a lot of websites that support the feature, but it is supported on your own Windows machine. I would have bought one, but two things held me back: 1) I had just bought the optical Mouseman Wheel a month before finding out that the iFeel version was coming out, and 2) at $99.99 CDN at Futureshop it's a bit too much for me. Personally, $79.99 is the most that I'd pay for any mouse.

I just bought it yesterday (the big one) and so far its great. The sensations can be turned on and off or even adjusted to the proper strength. Also, for an optical mouse, it works pretty darn good in games (as well as any ball mouse IMHO, even the razer series).

IMHO its a good price... all high end optical mice are ~$50-60 so its about right, Plus you get a nifty light blue color and the iFeel. If you dont like the iFeel, just turn it off and you still have a great optical mouse for a good price.

btw... there is no difference between the different brands of optical mice... they all use the same optical technology... licenced from Agilent Technologies (spin off from HP).

I don't like the two button mouse design, I prefer the look (and the four buttons) of the Mouseman series...which is $100 at Futureshop. :frown:
