I emailed them about a problem with my Z-5500 speaker set:

I have a Z-5500 speaker set, which I have had for almost 4 years. I have a popping noise coming from a speaker connector on the back of the sub. I hooked the speaker connected to the front right to the front left and the popping noise went away. I hooked the speaker from the front left to the front right and it has a popping noise now. The connector on the sub is bad I am looking for an authorized repair dealer in the Memphis area.

And this is the reply I got less than 2 hours later:

Hello Mr C***,

Thank you for contacting Logitech Customer Care. Based on your email, I understand that you are looking for Logitech Authorized Repair Dealers in the Memphis area. Unfortunately, we do not have authorized repair shops. We require all defective products to be returned to our warehouse. Being that you are out of warranty, we can offer an Out of Warranty Coupon (OWC) which would entitle you to 50% off a replacement speaker set from the Logitech website.

Regards,

Logitech Customer Care

I guess it may be time to speaker shop. Their prices on their site are a little high but I may grab something.

I agree that they have pretty good customer service. My most impressive interaction with them was a few years ago when my G7 mouse broke. They sent me a replacement and told me I didn't even need send the broken unit back to them (even though the only problem with it was that the side-scroll feature was working intermittently). This essentially left me with a working backup mouse.

More recently, the left-shift key on my (beloved) Logitech Illuminated Keyboard started only working intermittently. This week Logitech sent me a prepaid UPS label and will give me a replacement after I ship back my broken unit. While it would have been nice if they sent me the replacement first (so I don't have to be without a keyboard in the interim), I still appreciate the fact that they send a prepaid label, which is better than some companies.

Yes, I've had excellent experiences with Logitech customer service. Microsoft as well (for peripherals).
