After removing the usb cable from logitech G700S , both left and rigth bouse buttons stops responding. But mouse pointer moves fine.

Only solution i could find was to restart or logout-login from windows .

is this a know issue? is there a solution for this?

Well I've had some similar issues lately with my g700s during gaming after I've disconnected the usb cable and am completely wireless. I believe that it has to do with the latest logitech gaming software. I tried moving my receiver from the rear of my case to a front panel usb port and nothing changed. I've also had issues with my logitech software not loading properly at boot up since it was updated. Once my keyboard lighting scheme disappeared reverting the key color on my g910 back to blue but once I rebooted it came back so I blame the software and not the hardware.

Since I posted that my problem has cleared up and my mouse behavior has returned to normal on both wired/wireless.

logitech sent me another G700s (for another reason ). it has the same problem , i changed the usb port , still that weird clicking problem persists. It is a software problem thats for sure.

Kudos to Logitech. They have an excellent customer support.

it's not a hw issue, i already rma'ed and got another mouse , its something to do with the logitech software or maybe motherboards usb drivers (Asus Maximus Hero VI)
