logitech g602 gaming mouse is not functioning properly

I downloaded the software. what is up? When it works, it's fantastic. winning more than usual, but lately it started to lag. help?

I tried plugging the usb receiver in a different slot. so far so good

i wouldn't install that if they paid me.

The problem might be the usb receiver.
