I have been using Logitech G35 for about a year. It worked great up until yesterday. When I booted up BF3, I noticed the sound was low despite the volume sliders in Windows, Logitech app, and on the headset being maxed out. I also tried playing youtube videos and other games. All with the same result - the maximum sound out put has been cut by about 50%.
Has anybody else had that happen? Is there a fix for this short of a new headset?

Thanks!

Try Sound -> Playback -> Speakers (G35) -> Properties -> Levels

It was so set to max. However, after rebooting my pc again, and unplugging the headset, it's back to normal. Knock on wood...
