Logitech G15 and Windows 2000?

Hello I am currently running Windows 2000 and I would like to know if the Logitech G15 Keyboard works with Windows 2000. I know logically it will plug and play work, but I was wondering about the "G" keys and the LCD that it features. Most websites state Windows XP on their sales statement, but most recent products that say that work on both. So my big question is does the LCD Readout and "G" Keys work on a Windows 2000 machine?

i have a logitech ultra X media desktop. The software that was supplied with it (to make all the functions awork as decsribed) was XP only. That is likely to happen with the G15 IMO.

Now, whether it is actually a compatibility issue, or a check OS in the .exe is another matter.

It is hit and miss with mine as to which keys windows will recognise, I've just used wirekeys to assign shortcuts to the keys that work, but personally, I think you'll have problems. The LCD screen i dno, prob won't work like it should.

Awesomely over the top keyboard though, very, very cool. 🙂

The logitech website does specify winXP, but win2k is just nt5.0, and winXP is nt5.1.

So, in theory i guess, it should work. Maybe look around the web for a review...
