Logitech Flightstick and MSFF Wheel don't like each other....

It's probably user error but is there a way to get two devices to run at the same time?? I have the Logitech flightstick set up as USB, and the MSFF wheel on the gameport. Basically, it seems that I can't have both of them working at the same time. If I enable the Logitech, the MS doesn't get detected, and vice versa....any help would be greatly appreciated...oh yeah, I'm running Win98se and have the latest updates for both devices...
