Logitech Dual Action Gamepad calibration problems

I just purchased one of these and the right analog stick is just out of whack? Does anyone know of a manual way to calibrate it? It is way off on default. I can't seem to be able to fix it. Does my usb MX wireless desktop cause an interference? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

What product is this exactly? The wireless rumble pad? I don't believe there's any way to calibrate it, since modern USB devices are auto calibrated...
