Logitech Dinovo Questions (MX900 & GAMES)

So i installed Counter-Strike today, and noticed that I can't program the 3rd mouse button at all. I am using the newest setpoint drivers from Logitech (1.05) and nothing happens when I try to program the third mouse button (pushing down on the mouse wheel) to program it as any type of command in the game. Any ideas why this may be? I never had this issue with my MX Duo. Also, in FTP clients, the back button on this mouse does not function to go up a directory like the old MX Duo. Thanks.

You can program the wheel button to a keystroke like "a" and then set the command in the game to "a." Maybe that would work.
