Well after spending about 3 hours worth of long distance and hold time on the phone with Logitech's crappy customer service they denied my request to give me a shipping label. So now I have to ship these freaking 45 lb speakers at my own cost, despite the fact that they died out the second day I had them. This pisses me off, but oh well, remind me to never buy logitech again, the least they could have is a freaking toll free number, I would've saved about 15 bucks. LOGITECH IS SUCK!
