logitech customer service is awesome!

I purchased a Cordless elite duo mice and keyboard combo over a year ago. A month or two ago my mouse started acting up where it wouldnt register a left click or register a single click as a double. Initially it was happening sporadically, but now its happening all the time. I got fed up with this and called up logitech tech support to see if they have any solutions. They asked me a few questions, made me uninstall the mouseware driver, asked me a few more questions, asked me for the the M/N, P/N, and S/N from mouse, keyboard, and receiver and informed me that they will ship out a replacement!! They dont even want me to ship back the combo i have right now!
