I have a cordless keyboard and mouse (see title) that seems to work super except for the mouse acceleration. Cursor can't seem to keep up if I move the mouse really fast (as in zigzagging across the screen). Is this normal?

Situation improves when I set the mouse speed to High, but it'll still have these little "lags" when I am working very fast around the desktop.

On the whole, I find the Mouseware and IFeel Software to be a hindrance rather than benefit so I am coping well on native Win ME drivers. Only set back now is.. no more tell tale keyboard stats (Caps, Num)

My mouse doesn't seem laggy to me(native WinXP drivers)until I'm pushing the range on my couch, and are you talking about the lights? Yea, takes a bit to get used to that.

I got that logitech cordless sys.

After relocating my comp, I realized that my mouse was very sluggish etc.

Turns out that the problem is "receiver" connected to the computer was placed on top of the comp case.

If you look at the logitech manual, it says to place the receiver certain distance from electrical appliances (computer, monitor etc).

When I moved the receiver to the computer desk, away from everything, I couldn't tell the difference between my regular mouse and cordless.

Btw, people do say that the cordless = less updates on screen, hence not good for gaming, but I don't notice (although it's probably true).

could also be a bad battery...things will slowdown with a dying battery....

As edgy says palcement of receiver is very important..i have 2 of thesesetups and love them....
