I bought my Wireless Cordless optical mouse off them via eBay. It arrived DOA. The first CS representative I talked to kept telling me that there was a problem with my computer and that it wouldn't support XP. So then I asked about the XP drivers that are available on Logitech's site and she said something stupid, so I told her to update her "sheet of paper she reads off of" and hung up. Redialed and got a much nicer CS person, gave me the RMA # but they don't pay for shipping back. So, I had to tack on another $3 to ship the stupid thing back + another week of waiting, and finally got a new, working mouse.
Took 20 days to get a working version of the mouse plus after all the waiting and the fact that they charge $9 for shipping, the deal wasn't that great of a deal anymore. So, basically, if arrives in working order, then it's a decent deal. If it arrives DOA, depending on how big the package is (this is bigger than a mouse since it is a keyboard too), probably add another $5 for you to RMA it.
Still, $14.95 + 10 shipping = $25 for the wireless combo, not bad.
