I found one in the trash, just the heavy sub not the sattelite speakers.
it looks to be the most important part tho, amp is inside.

can someone tell me what the cabling looks like?
the very top-left cable or cable are cut or torn away.

I imagine one is the pwoer supply or wall cord and the other
goes into the soundcard (one or more jacks?)

any info would help.
has anyone replaced the cone or whole woofer in these?

also the ohm value of the satellites, if its in the manual
maybe voltage of the power supply if its a transformer.

thanks.

The two cords coming out of the sub are

1. A power cord that goes straight to a wall outlet
2. A cable from the sub to the control pod.

The control pod cable kind of looks like an s-video type of connection. The Control pod has volume, bass, and fade controls on it. It also has a headphone jack and is used to enable M3D, a surround processing from a stereo source.

The control pod is what connects to the soundcard via 1/8" cables.

I think you're going to need to get a functional control pod for it to be useful even if the sub and amp work just fine.

EDIT: oh and power control too on the control pod

EDIT: control pod isn't something simple either

thanks.

1. I'm fairly certain they're 8ohm
2. Just goes straight to the outlet

Oh, and when a sub is defective or blown I think the RMA procedure calls for you cutting the power cort to the sub which you send to them and they give you a new sub.

So if it looks like someone cut the power cord, you might have a dead sub on your hands.

hey thanks for all the info..
really appreciate your taking the time. nice picture.

well way i see it i have nice box and hopefully an amp.
if it was replaced it was hopefully for the cone damage.

i dont suppose we're lucky enough to have a schematic?
if i can just get the amp in/out points established
we dont need no stinkin'control pod..lol

No, I don't have a schematic, but good luck to you.
