Logitech 2.13 keyboard software

I have a Logitech Cordless iTouch keyboard and everything worked on the 1.83 software. When I installed the 2.13 software, all the extra keys ie. volume, multimedia controls stopped working but the normal keys all work. I have tried uninstalling the software a few times, no luck at all.

 
What happens when you push them, do they send you to the iTouch site? I'm sure you know this but they do have to be configured.
