Login scripts

I'm setting up login scripts to install Symantec AV CE to all of my clients. This is tested and working well. The trouble I am having is when the user logs in normally, the script runs, when they login via terminal services, the script also runs. I do not want this. I need the script to only run if they login from the workstation, not via TS. Is there a group policy that will allow me to do this?
