Login script for Printers

Here's the setup:

NT 4 Server
Win2k Pro workstations

I'm trying to create a login script for 10 users to connect to 4 shares. 2 Directories and 2 printers.
So far I've been successful in connecting to the 2 DIRS by doing the following

net use g: \\servername\sharename

BUT, how do I connect to the printers? I hate to go to ADD PRINTERS under Settings and connect that way.
