Login restrictions in a Domain?

hi,
I have a machine in a 2003 Domain, and I want the ability to block a particular user from logging into this machine. Is this possible and if so, how?

Open gpedit.msc on the computer (or create a group policy applied only to that computer)

Computer Configuration

- Windows Settings

- Security Settings

- Local Policies
​

- User Rights Assignment
​

Deny Logon Locally - add user or group
