Login Problems

I cannot login here on my main system. I know my username, smcinsjc, and my password, but it keeps erroring me. I am on a lapotop that is already logged in now. HELP.
I tried the password reset but it never actually send me the email.

What can I do? Can someone help?

Try rebooting your modem.

I've been having that error all day long today and rebooting my DSL modem fixed the problem.

If you can log on with one machine but not the other, your password is fine. Try emptying the cache on the machine you can't log on with or check any firewall (Norton's) or Pop Up blockers.
