I recently installed SP2, and now when the Welcome screen comes up it hangs a bit and says Windows is Staring up. But before that it would should Welcome screen for 1 second, disappear then play the Windows Startup sound. But now it just sits there for 10-15 seconds and then goes to desktop. I went to www.blackviper.com and I disabled all the services under PowerUser. Can it be that, I dont know because I did that when I had a fresh install of Windows (no updates) and I stopped all the service sin Power User and it didnt do this.

Also now when I load CSS maps I find it goes a bit slower.
