Logical block out of range & Mediaplayer delays

My computer is going on the downslide. I have a feeling that it is all due to a memory problem, but I don't know how to fix it. It seems that there is not enough of a "buffer" Mediaplayer use to load up immediately but now it freezes for about 20-30 seconds then runs. Please help.
