This one has annoyed me for awhile.

Bob likes 400 but not 300, 100 but not 99, 3600 but not 3700.
Which # does bob like?
900
1000
1100
1200

So, what is it, and WHY?

That's too common to ask here, I think that is on about 50% of the logic tests online.
