logging w/ MyIM?

what should the settings for logging be if i want every instant message logged? for some reason, there are gaps in my logs and recent stuff isnt logged (yet?)..

im using MyIM 2.1.0.

i closed the window i was hoping to log, and there's no log file. :-\
