Logging locking of NT Workstation

Windows NT Workstation logs the unlocking of a password protected Windows session to the Event log. However, my employer wants me to also log when I return to the desk i.e. when I hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and type in the password. Is it possible for Windows to do this for me or will I need to install a third-party utility and if so what?

You can audit successfull logins on 2000 and XP, I assume in NT also.

BTW, why does he want to see your login and out times? There is software to track time spent on projects.

I think that I worded my question ass-about-face. NT already logs successful logins but I need to log when I have locked the workstation.
