Log Me In problem

I installed Log Me In Free on 2 PCs today and I can connect to them and view the screen, but I can't control them.

I can't figure out why it doesn't work. I installed it on my laptop awhile back and it worked fine. I don't recall doing anything different.

Any ideas?

Don't know the problem unless you don't have full control.
I recommend TeamViewer though.

From what I can tell Team Viewer requires someone to activate the session. I need to do it without someone there.
