Hi all. Just installed Windows ME to try to fix a little problem I was having in SE. All Direct3D games seem to lock up. I've now tried UT, Rogue Spear and WWII Fighters and they don't run for more than 10 seconds. It seems that they lock up in the exact same place each time too. The weirdest thing is that OpenGL games work flawlessly! Quake 3 can run for hours with no problems! I've heard that this could be a voltage problem, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this sort of problem. I don't think it's a DirectX problem since ME has the latest version, so I think it's mobo related. Could I maybe fix this by switching the I/O voltage jumper to the higher setting?? Any help is greatly appreciated since this thing is driving me whacky!!
