I have this message copied over to operating systems as well...my overclocked system has been running stable for months now and then all of a sudden I've been getting a ton of lockups lately, after the lockups I "reset" or turn off the comp. completely and everytime after the reboot I get one of these BSOD's and heres what it says...

"Fatal exception OE occurred at 0167:BFF7283"
or
"Fatal exception OE occurred at 0147:0000663D"

Any help on what is causing these errors would be much appreciated.

did you try un-ocing the cpu and run the machine as is to see if there's more BSOD ?

how high is your temperature? a lot of times, the cooling for an oc'd system is barely enough to keep it stable, then after a few months it just isn't. you might want to try re-applying your grease. if it works at defualt but not at the oc'd setting, a reinstall of windows is probably in order.

Run it at default speed add some case fans if you still get the same problem do what hann88 said reinstall of OS,if you still get problems I would start looking at the ram.BTW if you are using a Enlight 300w psu one of them(EN 8254942 Model AX2-5300F(B) is only recommended up to 800mhz,so overclocking might be putting too much load on PSU if you have that model.

I have taken the CPU back to its default speed already and I don't think it is the cooling, my system is probably overcooled. I have the Alpha P7125 mounted to the heatplate with the plastic casing removed. I also have two exhaust fans on the rear of the case along with a slot cooler for the vid card and then I have 2 intake fans in the front of the case as well as HD cooling fan in one of the 5 1/4 bays. I was afraid of those answers...reinstall OS....I'm probably gonna have to do that....just thought someone might know what the OE error codes were....

If you have the HPS-300-101 Rev C Enlight PSU then this is fine(recommeded up to 1.1Ghz),you should be able to reinstall the OS over the top of itself(like a upgrade)this what I did & it worked fine,it kept all my software execept(DirectX7A) so I just had to reinstall DirectX7A.
