Locking my computer

I want to prevent my son from going on the computer without my permission. At first I used windows built in system but he would startup in safe mode to bypass it. Is their some program that will function similarly to windows locking system but cannot be bypassed?

Uh. set a logon password?

That is what I did but he just got passed it by going into safe mode.

well go into safe mode and set a password on the admin account too
