Locking Microsoft Office Toolbar Icon Sizes

I have Windows XP Home SP1 with Office XP Pro 2002 & SP3 installed

I set Word, Excel, etc to Large Toolbar Options .. all stays as set until

I open Outlook ... Outlook starts with the large icons, then changes them

to Small .. if I go back into say, Word they are now small again. I have tried

to set them in Outlook & then close the app, but same thing happens ... Is there

any way to lock my size preferences, perhaps with a Registry Entry ?

I know the option is under: H_Key/Current User/Software/Microsoft/Office/10.0/COMMON/ TOOLBARS / BTN SIZE (value of 1 is for Large size buttons)
