Locking Down Computer Except For Your MusicPlayer?

What it comes down to is that we have a lot of parties at our place and everyones always on my computer messing/changing songs and what not .... but every once in a while i'll catch someone just snooping and stuff, or talking on my aim.

Is there a program that can basically lock the computer except for "iTunes" (which is what i use) so that i dont have to worry about anything being messed with and people can still swap songs and whatnot?

use a guest account - only have itunes enabled and restrict everything else.

Or a Limited account. Password-protect your regular accounts. See "make private" in the Windows Help (Start > Help).
