Locking Caster Office Chairs are the Dumbest Idea Ever.

They got everybody new(ish) chairs this week and the wheels have these levers on them that lock the wheels and I'm constantly hitting them with my feet causing the wheels to lock unintentionally. I know I'm the only one complaining about this. I guess I can sort of see the need or desire to this feature but why does the tab have to stick out so far? Couldn't they have made them a little more discreet?

Dremel. Pliers. Done. Failing that, electrical tape. Christ, is it really that hard to problem solve?

Do all the wheels have the locking casters? I'm assuming not. I'm also assuming the wheels can swivel independently of the seat. In which case, rotate the fucking wheels with the locking levers to the back.

If the wheels don't rotate independently, wtf kind of cheap office chairs do you have?
