So I graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering @ UC San Diego last August and had a hard time finding an EE job. I took on an account manager position at a networking company because I couldn't find a job at the time and now I want something more technical. It seems like for no experience at Lockheed Martin that you would become an Engineer Associate.
I go to their website, and I find some jobs that I would like to apply for but it seems like the only thing I can do is just submit my resume generally, not specific to each job. This doesn't really make much sense if you can't apply to a job that you want (I want to get a Systems Engineer Associate position).
Do any of the Lockheed Martin employees have any insight on how to better apply online?
