Im going to assume you're serious and answer this.

Troll is someone who posts controversy so that people will argue with them. Originaly the idea was to post something that all the "in crowd" would see as stuipid and wait on a newb to argue about it and then laugh at them for it. to Troll is a fishing term meaning to cast out the line and pull it back trying to get a bit.

Nef is someone who posts useless stuff just to up the post count.

A neff is a useless post simply for the sake of posting or increasing one's postcount. A troll is someone that uses the forums for improper, illegal, thieving, deceptive, or otherwise unsavory purposes.
