Lock Your Browser

Can anyone show me how to lock Internet Explorer. PC Magazine had an article about this. I followed the procedures listed in the article but it did not work. I wrote to PC Magazine about this but have not heard from them. This was in September. I doubt my letter would appear in the magazine.

I would appreciate it if someone could show me how to do this.

I want the pc to be a "dumb" Internet terminal, with only a web browser and a mouse. Get a hold of the September 7, 2004 issue of PC Magazine, go to page 67, item number 6(Locking down Internet Explore). The procedures in the magazine, however, is not correct and the author of that article, David Karp, have yet to write back on this matter.
