I have a Windows 2003 terminal server which allows users to perform a remote login and upload files. I've limited their sessions to only an Access database - set up only to allow them to upload files and print reports. Once the Access database is closed, it also closes the session, preventing users from trying to snoop around the server.
Now I need to turn it the other way around. Without using an Access database, I need to make accounts that have access to only one folder to be able to download files. That's where I'm getting stuck. I would like it to function much like how locking a user in their home directory works with FTP. The users would have access to their own folder, and any subfolders they (or I) create, but wouldn't be able to explore above their home directory.
Also, is there a way to set it up so that upon login, it would only show their home folder?
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks.
