Lock up after sleep wake, New GPU

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded my graphics card from my integrated nforce 610/Geforce 7050 to a 9800Gt Green Ed. Problem is now my computer locks up every time it wakes up from standby. Nothing has changed so my graphics card is definitely the problem. I have tried the latest two driver versions v197.45 & v257.15. What can be the cause? Thanks. My system specs are below:

ECS nforce610/GF7050 Mobo
Core2Duo e7200 2.5GHz 2GB ddr2 ram
Corsair 400W PSU
ECS GF 9800GT Green Ed.
 
Nothing is OCed. Problem just started when I installed the 9800GT and its drivers. Nothing else changed. Everything worked perfectly before.
