Lock the printer's settings in Win XP Pro.

I have few users with the same administrator's priviledge in my computer but I want to lock the settings of the printer Epson 1280 so I'm the only one will be able to change its settings. I still want other users to have the same admin's right when using my computer, just not the printer. Please show me how! I'm using Win XP Pro 32 bits in a Dell desktop.
