If you're going to be spending money on a car, don't be such a cheap bastard that you can't afford to run it on CarFax yourself.
 
Why should this be locked. If somebody pays for a month of unlimited service then that should be up to them.
It doesnt say at Carfax that you can only look up your vin numbers.

I encourage you to read the Carfax TOS before spouting off again.
