No grackles but can be ravens, or lots more of thoes really pretty crows with the red on thier wings 😀

I think though the bigger wones would provide more of a lift withoug needing man birds. Just a few to die in this experiment then a plethera of birdies mate 😉

Crows don't have red on their wings, those are red winged blackbirds.

same, nothing would change, the box wouldn't be any different.

in a closed system, all forces cancel out.

edit: actually, i beg your pardon, if the box is completely sealed as is in this case, the box would have the combined weight of the box and the crows regardless if they are flying or not.

They can get the box to hop around, but they can't fly away with the box. One can't claim that the box wouldn't move.

How do you figure the box will have the comboned weight of the birds when they are flying and not touching the bottom or the top of the box at all? If they are suspended in air in the box they dont have a mass force pressing down on it causing weight. Atleast not till they die and fall to the bottom of the box that is.
 
Wow. This is an OT thread that went OT in OT, then hinted at MP (Monty Python), then went full MP, then onto OTCT (Off Topic Crow Talk), and then just kind faded from there.
