for the error that occurred on our site recently regarding the Gladiac Ultra 64MB DDR-Nvidia Geforce2 video card (Manufacturer Part Number 60131). We realize that many of you are upset at that fact that the error occurred. The pricing error was an obvious mistake and that video card cannot be found anywhere for $120.14 or near that price. We did not actively promote or display the incorrect price intentionally to gather customer information nor create publicity.

With over 100,000 products and in business for over 20 years we are not in the practice of Bait-n-Switching customers. Our web site pricing is updated automatically every night and the system error that occurred caused the wrong price to be displayed for the video card. The portion of our system that caused the error has been taken off-line until we can fix the program.

We would like to offer you the Gladiac Ultra 64MB DDR-Nvidia Geforce2 video card at our cost of $487.78 for any trouble and inconvience. We will be setting the price of the video card to our cost for the month of January. Our prices may fluctuate slightly daily as our costs from our suppliers change. However, it will remain at our cost for the month of January. Here is a direct link to the video card http://www.dartek.com/gotoitem.cfm?itemno=82682

Again, we sincerely apologize for the error.

Thank you for your understanding,
dartek.com

How the hell can a company stay in business if they only mark up an item worth 500ish by $30? I can make a larger profit margin buying junk from garage sales and selling it on Egay. With dartek, its not gonna be volume, loss leaders don't work very well on the internet... HoW!??!?
