How do you want for him to refer to his relays.. by saying "that blinky thing over there is broke".
Also maybe its a good thing that he thinks of every nut and bolt as his, that means he will take care of it and it won't go boom.Also consider the fact that you think he may be talking over your head because you don't know jack.Also If they are your bosses then they prolly do no more about the ins and out of that plant than anyone else on earth.Thats why you are an intern and they run a nuclear power plant.
