Location on OS4 for iphone doesn't work anymore

So I have one of those new iPhone 4's and they won't let me mess with location services. I can't even find myself on maps. Says it's on but it won't let me mess with the options, it's all faded. Grrr.

Hmm that definitely is some sort of bug. Have you tried restoring it just for kicks to see if that fixes it?

I have a 3GS and OS4 has been acting REALLY weird. I even did a full restore today and it still has some problems.

The most obvious one is in Messages.app there is no navigation tabs, so if you're in a message thread you can't back out to the overview. The only way to get it back is to switch to another app and kill the Messages out of the multitasking tray. Really weird, I'm hoping a 4.01 or something comes out soonish to handle this kind of stuff. (Not to mention any antenna fixes or whatever for iP4 hardware)
